Welcome to Kings Langley Little Athletics Centre
Little Athletics is a uniquely Australian sport for children aged 5-16 years. As our name suggests, it is based upon the sport of athletics (track and field) and the events are specially modified to suit the ages and abilities of children. A wide range of running, jumping, throwing and walking events is conducted.
Little A’s, as it is affectionately referred to by those who enjoy it, is not really about winning, but about having fun, making friends and getting families involved in healthy activities. The emphasis is placed on participation and personal improvement. It is little surprise then, that the motto of Little Athletics is: “Family, Fun and Fitness“.
Little Athletics recognises that children vary widely in shape, size and athletic ability, and is thus one of few sports that successfully caters for them all.
Your local Little Athletic Club in Kings Langley has hundreds of children who enjoy the the activities that Little Athletics has to offer and be part of approximately 40,000 boys and girls across the New South Wales.

We are currently looking for volunteers to help out on Friday nights. Kings Langley Little Athletics is a non for profit organization and everybody who is currently on the committee or an age manger are volunteers. No one on the committee or age manger gets paid for the work they do on Friday nights or during the week and behind the scenes.
We all volunteer for the centre to help out our children, 99% of our committee and age mangers have children in the centre. We all volunteer to keep our centre running for our children.
The jobs that we are seeking help for are not hard jobs. They are quiet easy jobs that happen every Friday night.
I know there are a lot of new families to our centre this season and many of you may not understand what it takes to make each and every Friday night possible, or what you can do to help, so I am going to give you a brief description of the jobs we need help with on Friday nights.

- Setup – Help set up the high jump ...
